Location is awesome, right on Bourbon Street with easy access to everything. Unfortunately, the check-in staff was unhelpful and delayed my arrival more than necessary. The lobby is beautifully decorated. No mini fridge in the room was a bit disappointing, especially for the price. Would consider another stay if service improves.

Fantastic location right at Bourbon and Canal. Room was clean but we had no hot water during our stay. Service at the front desk was friendly, but there were issues with housekeeping not showing up. Felt overall overpriced for the experience.

The rooftop pool is a game-changer! Soaking up the sun and gazing at stunning views totally made my day. The convenient location lets you explore local gems in a snap!
Couldn't recommend more! 🥳❤️

Let's start with the positives. The location is unbeatable. You have everything at your fingertips. Welcome drinks? A nice touch, though I wish they were available more often. Infused water in the lobby was refreshing. Now, the issues. Stains on the carpet were alarming. I initially thought they were blood. Maintenance was inconsistent, failing to fix broken faucets and a dysfunctional phone. The beds were uncomfortable, and cleanliness was lacking—sticky remotes and hair in the sheets are not acceptable. A lack of response from management post-incident was disappointing, as was the chaotic atmosphere at night. Basic standards were not met here. I expect compensation for this disappointing experience.

Staying here was fantastic because I could easily stroll to numerous iconic spots, including Jackson Square just a short walk away and the famous Cafe Beignet right across the street where I indulged in delicious, warm beignets! Everything you need is nearby, making it a breeze to explore Bourbon Street, the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, and the historic Cabildo—all within a leisurely walk of less than 15 minutes; it's the perfect base for a weekend of discovery! while the accessibility was incredible, the hotel could use some improvements in its overall cleanliness and maintenance.

Perfectly located between Bourbon and Royal Streets, the charm of the historic hotel was overshadowed by significant cleanliness issues. The bathroom was less than inviting, with clogged drains and hair left in the shower and bed. Despite the friendly staff, our concerns about noise and disturbances went unresolved. We expected basic amenities like extra towels and refrigerator access, which were lacking. It’s a shame; the potential was there, especially with the lovely pool and helpful bellman. Just make sure to check your room carefully and adjust your expectations accordingly.

The Crowne Plaza boasts a prime location near popular attractions and offers a welcoming staff, especially the valet and bellhop, who were exceptionally kind. be prepared for street noise and inconsistent housekeeping. Despite some challenges, the central setting makes exploring New Orleans easy and enjoyable.

Perfect spot near all the action. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with our luggage.
It was pricey, but we made it work.

The pull-out sofa bed in our suite was broken and super dingy. I reported it, expecting help, but they offered a refund I never received. Instead, I was moved to another room, all while being separated from my family. So frustrating!

The room had a decent layout but cleanliness was a major issue. There was a blanket of hair in the shower and unwashed towels. The air conditioning failed to work properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. The noise level was disruptive; we could hear a party nearby and smell weed through the walls. While bedding seemed okay at first, we found stained sheets upon closer inspection. The bathroom had plumbing issues, with a clogged sink, which was addressed but not cleaned afterward. The location was central, though accessibility could have been better with limited elevators.

Spacious room and good wi-fi, but the pool was closed during our stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the thick of the action and perfect for Mardi Gras chaos.
The pool looks more like a bathtub than a place to cool off.

Let's start with the good stuff - the room itself. The heating and air conditioning worked well, keeping us comfy despite the outside weather fluctuations. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room for those early morning pick-me-ups. On the downside, the room lacked a proper sitting area or dining table, which made it a bit challenging to relax or enjoy a meal in-room. The sink area was functional but could have used more space for toiletries. Speaking of which, the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, but the selection was a bit limited. In terms of entertainment, the room featured an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV for those lazy evenings. The carpeted floor was cozy but could have been cleaner, as we noticed some dust and debris. Housekeeping was hit or miss, with some days receiving insufficient towel replacements. The valet parking situation was a bit chaotic, leading to long wait times and confusion. the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel staff were helpful in navigating the city.

The room was comfy, and the TV was a great way to unwind after a long day. The central location made it easy to explore the city on foot or catch a streetcar right outside. Cleanliness was top-notch, which is always a plus during travel.
Parking fees were unexpectedly high, and navigating the valet situation wasn't ideal. Unfortunately, there were issues with housekeeping responsiveness and maintenance requests.

Swag moments! The location was primo!
Could've used a better in, house party vibe with a bumpin' club or rooftop bar for the young crowd! .

The location of this hotel is awesome! It's super convenient for exploring the French Quarter and getting around. Plus, you can easily walk to the Central Business District and Garden District, which is a major plus. Also, the proximity to popular attractions makes it easy to enjoy the city without spending too much time commuting.
To be honest, my stay here was disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired – dirty sheets, rust in the tub, and even makeup stains on the towels.

I felt like a VIP with celebrity treatment at Dickie Brennan's Bourbon House. The Shrimp Creole was divine, and the Ghosts of New Orleans Tour was thrilling.
The beds were rock hard, felt like sleeping on a plank.

My stay at this central New Orleans hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, with everything just a stone's throw away. The lobby was stunning and the staff, especially the mail person at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. it was a beautiful place and perfect for budget-conscious travelers.
There were a few disappointments. The street view from my room was obstructed by a dirty window, which was a shame.
